Hypothesis: English should work with the HD model (unlike Japanese, which required turbo). English is a core TTS language, so HD's optimization shouldn't break it.

Same voice as CN/JP: female-tianmei + timbre −15. If this works, the heroine has one consistent voice across all three languages — CN (HD), JP (turbo), EN (HD).
